2020 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Due to COVID-19, the AVICW Conference has been cancelled. If you have registered, please contact the hotel to cancel your reservations. We will be contacting you regarding your conference registration refund.

Conference Details

• For those of you that would like to arrive on April 15, we will have an early bird tour and a complimentary dinner. Tour time and location, TBA.

• April 16, we will start the day off with Breakfast, listen to our Guest Speakers, with a break for Lunch, and Conclude the day with Dinner/Auction.

• April 17, we will start with Breakfast, have time for some Q & A, General Meeting, Elections of New Officers, and Adjourn at noon.

Banquet & Auction

Please bring something that might represent your area for our Annual Conference Auction on Thursday night. A display of candies, cookies or even a plant or two. Last year we had a T-Shirt auction and they were a BIG HIT! The proceeds from the Auction goes towards Scholarship’s and help offset the cost of next year’s Conference.
